Beyond the Big Screen: BUILDING Digital Screen Content for THE WORLDS BIGGEST INFRASTRUCTURE EVENT
Earlier this year, Ace Media worked with PEI Group on the digital screen content for Infrastructure Investor Global Summit 2026 in Berlin.
Ace Media supported PEI Group with a large-scale digital screen package for Infrastructure Investor Global Summit 2026 at STATION Berlin, creating animated content across plenary screens, tower displays, forum rooms, information screens, sponsor loops, welcome content and post-event timelapse assets.
This was exactly the kind of project we like getting stuck into, big screens, unusual formats, a lot of moving parts, and a clear need for everything to feel like part of the same visual world.
The job wasn’t just to make a few nice animations. It was to take the event identity and build it out across a full screen package, including the main plenary screen, tower screens, forum rooms, information screens, sponsor loops, welcome content, speaker backgrounds, 16:9 adaptations and timelapse assets.
Each screen had a different purpose. Some needed to set the tone in the room. Some needed to carry practical information. Some needed to support sponsors. Some needed to work as polished event content after the summit. The challenge was making all of those pieces feel connected, while still making sure each one actually did its job.
That is where the work becomes more interesting than simply designing in a box. A main stage background needs to feel premium and confident, but it also needs to leave room for speakers and cameras. A tower screen needs movement and presence, but it can’t become visual noise. An information screen needs to be useful first, but still sit within the wider event identity. A sponsor loop needs to feel polished without looking like a holding slide.
For this project, Ace Media helped turn the event design into a working digital screen system. That meant designing, animating, adapting and exporting assets across different screen ratios, formats and technical requirements, while keeping the whole thing visually consistent.
This is the kind of work that sits between creative direction, motion design, editing and live event delivery. It has to look good, obviously, but it also has to work in the room. The files need to be organised. The formats need to be right. The animations need to hold up on large screens. The exports need to behave. The whole system needs to be practical enough for a live event environment, where things move quickly and there is not much room for guesswork.
Alongside the screen package, we also captured timelapse material and created post-event overview content, giving PEI extra assets to use beyond the live event itself. That is something we think more events should build into the process. If you are already investing in the staging, screens, design and overall event experience, there is a lot of value in capturing that properly and turning it into useful marketing content.
Projects like this are a good example of what Ace Media can bring to a live event. Not just filming, editing or animation as separate pieces, but the ability to join them together into something coherent, polished and built for the real world.
If you are planning a conference, summit or live event and need digital screen content that feels considered, consistent and properly delivered, this is exactly the kind of project we can help with.
